Terms and Conditions
The purchase and sale of products on MyAnisha ™ follow the following General Conditions of Sale; therefore it is advised to carefully examine these conditions below as they will have to be accepted by the Customer before proceeding with the sending of the purchase order in order to fully comply with the article of D.LGS.206 / 2005 concerning mail order sales.
All products purchased on www.MyAnisha.it are sold by the company Dea Sas of Emanuela De Antonis & C. (hereinafter MyAnisha ™). The conditions of sale indicated, therefore regulate the relationship between the customer and the Dea Sas regarding the purchase of products via the Internet on MyAnisha ™. When ordering on MyAnisha ™ it is essential to complete the order in all its parts where required for the correct identification of products in order, for the identification of the customer and shipping address. The purchase contract will be considered concluded when the order confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the customer and at this point the contract will become binding for both parties, seller and buyer; the order confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the customer in the order. By sale condition MyAnisha ™ reserves the right not to accept incomplete or incorrectly completed orders in all its parts. The Customer will not be entitled to compensation for damages or compensation and also excludes any contractual or extra-contractual liability due to direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things caused by the total or partial non-acceptance of an order.
Right of Withdrawal for the Consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005)
According to (D.LGS 206/2005), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, having the right to return the asset and to be reimbursed for the expenses incurred including the shipping cost paid initially. This right can be exercised by the consumer customer as a natural person who has no purposes related to any professional activity or make purchases indicating a reference to the VAT number in the order form. To exercise this right, the Customer must send to MyAnisha ™ a registered communication to that effect within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal follows the following mandatory conditions: the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety and it will not be possible to exercise withdrawal only on one part of the product purchased. In addition, the goods to be returned must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (packaging, documentation and accessories if they were supplied). It is recommended to carefully pack the product before sending it back, protecting the product with an additional casing or box. The product returned with the withdrawal must maintain its normal state of preservation. Will not be accepted products used that bring signs of damage or dirt and therefore can not be defined in an undamaged state. In the condition of withdrawal the shipping costs are charged to the customer. Moreover, during the entire shipment the product will be under the responsibility of the Customer, which in case of damaged product, will be promptly notified by MyAnisha ™ within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in their warehouses, to allow him to file a complaint against the courier chosen and receive the reimbursement of the value of the goods, in case it is insured. In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for his return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal; MyAnisha ™ is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. MyAnisha will refund the customer the full amount already paid within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, upon receipt of the goods object of the withdrawal, by procedure of transfer of the amount by bank transfer. In the latter case, the customer will promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (IBAN Code – Current Account of the invoice). In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, MyAnisha ™ will return the purchased good to the sender, charging him the shipping costs.
At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document in advance by e-mail and applied on the package;
- that the packaging is intact, undamaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape).
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested, by putting the WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE on the courier delivery proof. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer can not make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered. Even if the packaging is intact, it must be opened and checked the internal physical integrity of the product delivered, (provided that it has been placed on the courier document “Integro Collected Reserve”, otherwise it will not be possible to open any reimbursement procedure ) and the correspondence of the order or the completeness of the received products must be reported within 7 days from the delivery, according to the methods provided in this document, after these 7 days from the delivery nothing can be done. Any damage or hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by registered mail with return receipt to the courier whose address is explained on the accompanying document. It is also required to open an anomaly procedure at MyAnisha ™, by sending an e-mail or by contacting the telephone number 0761.1704310. In the case of repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering, the goods will remain in storage for 5 working days at the courier’s warehouses. Once these terms have expired, the order will be automatically canceled and the costs of storage and delivery will be charged to the customer. In the event that the customer does not accept the goods (reason for non-payment, inability to take the goods) the goods will be in storage and sent back in the following days with an additional expense to be paid to the courier upon delivery. Any notification beyond the aforesaid terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what has been declared. If the purchase order provides for the transport of goods outside Italian borders, shipping costs will vary according to the geographical area of delivery, weight, volume and total value of the goods. The delivery times of the ordered goods are purely indicative; they may be subject to change due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and traffic in general or by the Authority. The standard delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place at 24H in the following hours: from 9.00 to 13.00; from 14.00 to 18.00, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday. No responsibility can be attributed to MyAnisha ™ in case of delay in the order or delivery of the ordered goods.

For purchases outside Italy, only payments with:
